My coaching packages are designed to give you plenty of time to explore, research and take action to make changes in your life.  Change can take time, especially if you already have a busy life.

 What’s included and what does it cost?

3-month coaching package

Ideal for you if you want to gain clarity about what to do next, support to take the first steps to make that change happen, and an action plan to help you with longer term changes.

  • 6 x 1-hour coaching sessions, delivered online via Zoom.
  • Worksheets with thought-provoking exercises to help you think about what you want to do next.
  • Useful tools and links to relevant sources of information.
  • Weekly emails to check in on your progress, answer any questions you may have and to check whether you need further support.

Price: £375

6-month coaching package

Ideal for you if you want to gain clarity about what to do next, and you would like longer term and more focused support to help you achieve those changes.

  • 12 x 1-hour coaching sessions, delivered online via Zoom.
  • Worksheets with thought-provoking exercises to help you think about what you want to do next.
  • Useful tools and links to relevant sources of information.
  • Weekly emails to check in on your progress, answer any questions you may have and to check whether you need further support.

Price: £657

Is this right for you?

If you really want to make changes in your life and you are willing to put in the time and work to make those changes happen, then these coaching packages are for you.   You don’t need to know exactly what you want to do next, together we will explore the options. 

This is not for you if you are not willing to try out new ideas and start to make some changes in your life.  (But don’t worry if you want to make a change but feel a little scared about it, that’s normal!)
