Step by step,
Would you like to make some changes in your career and your life? Perhaps you want to make a difference in the world, get a new career, rediscover your love for what you do now, live a simpler life, spend more time with your family, sell your art, write that novel or be your own boss. Or maybe you want a change but you don’t know what to do next.
Are you feeling a bit stuck and need some help to find your next direction or to turn your dreams of a different life into reality?
It can be difficult to work it all out on your own and to have the courage to make changes, which is where I can help.
As your coach, I will work with you to investigate your ideas for the future and explore the changes that you want to make. You will gain direction, clarity over what to do next, and be supported as you start to take action towards your new life.
I have experience in guiding people through this journey and will support you with the right tools, questions and exercises. I am a Certified Professional Coach and I have been coaching clients since 2018 in the areas of finding direction, career, work life balance and creativity.
What does a coach actually do?
A coach helps you set better goals and then reach those goals. They ask you to do more than you would have done on your own. They help you to focus better so you produce results more quickly. They provide you with the tools, support and structure to accomplish your goals. A coach is the partner of the life you are ready to live both personally and professionally.
In my experience, both as a client and a coach, things just get easier when you work with a coach!

It’s a question that interests me because I’ve never been able to fit all of my interests, my personality, my strengths into one job. I always leave something at the office … Continue reading Weaving a life
I’ve been thinking about that moment when we take control of something in our lives. Perhaps something we’ve dreamed about for years. The shift in perspective that occurs when we go from thinking, for example, ‘one day I’d like to write a novel’ to actually sitting down to write the first page. And the one … Continue reading From drifting to steering
Imagine turning certainty and judgment into wondering, into curiosity. How then would you see this world? I joined a really interesting coach training course this week, all about releasing judgment. I thought it would be a good one for me to do, because sometimes I can be very judgemental. The current political climate does not … Continue reading Judgment
How many creative ideas, however humble or life changing, have withered and died in tidy houses and organised, outwardly perfect lives? Allow your creativity to flow. Give it time and space. Take your ideas seriously. Make time in your week for your creative projects. Add them to your to-do list. Don’t wait until the perfect … Continue reading Making time for creative projects
Jealousy strikes, irritates, illuminates, reveals the path I wish to travel. Jealousy. It gets a bad press, but it can be really useful. It can point the way to something we really want. I don’t often feel jealous, but when I do, it’s usually because someone else is doing something that I want to do. … Continue reading Jealousy
